Building 39 is located in a particularly prominent position on parcel 3, with the seafront facing the bay of Luanda.
Framed in the block where lots 38, 41 and 42 are also located, the proposed building is intended for housing and is developed over 11 floors.
The built-up mass presents a set of full and empty spaces, combined with the rotation of the floors, which give a fair rhythmic pace to the volumetry.
